Fully Licensed Psychotherapist/Social Worker/ Psychologist or Psychological Associate (Contract) - BC or AB

This role will be an excellent fit for you if:

  • You're a fully licensed psychotherapist, social worker, psychologist or psychological associate based in Ontario

  • You have 3+ years of providing services to adults and/or groups

  • You're passionate about career-related challenges and issues

  • You preferably have professional organizational work experience to draw on (in a non-clinical capacity)

  • You maintain an independent insurance certificate and are in good standing with your respective college

  • You're available for 5-10 hours of individual client hours per week

  • You enjoy learning about yourself and psychology through podcasts, books, articles and conferences

  • You're open to additional training to use exercises and frameworks developed by the practice

Salary:

$80-$180 an hour, commensurable with credentials and experience

Up to $400/group session delivered.

Responsibilities:

As a contracted Practitioner, you will be responsible for several critical areas within our practice, including but not limited to:

  • Administering virtual services using evidence-based techniques and approaches in mindfulness, neuroscience, ACT and other relevant modalities

  • Provide individual sessions to clients dealing with career-related difficulties such as self-confidence, concerns with public speaking and other performance anxieties, stress management and interpersonal conflicts in the workplace

  • Conducting general psychotherapy if required by client

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and needs

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards

  • Stay current with developments in the field and participate in ongoing professional growth

  • Group-level facilitation will be discussed if the applicant is interested
